Objectives
- analyse the confinment centres and “administrative” prisons for migrants
- analyze the institutions of the penal system related to foreign people;
- supervise the observance of fundamental rights and the strict legality principle;
- denounce the incompatibility of the internment centres with the State of Law and Human Rights
