Summary: report elaborated with the objective of obtaining more information about how the new immigration phenomenon is affecting in every day’s life persona and social relations. We give information about problems, issues and proposals related to the put in practice, on the one hand, of the right to primary education of foreign established near the neighbourhoods of Sagrada Familia and Trinitat Vella and, on the other hand, of the right to primary sanitary assistance of foreign established at Eixample, Nou Barris and Ciutat Vella.
