Gender and social rehabilitation in Barcelona. Women go out to street

Summary: analysis of the situation around the social and work rehabilitation of former imprisoned women in the stage of social reintegration in Barcelona. For this reason, we’ve reviewed the main rules in force and public and private resources available for imprisoned women in Barcelona for their social rehabilitation. After this research we concluded that this women are the most invisible of the social structure, being penalized for being women, having broken with the traditional rolls, having committed a crime, they are not considered a group with specific needs and neither are represented in social policies.
